Our Client: One the major established consumer lenders in the UK are looking for experienced managers with proven experience in running and managing the sales performance of their own branch.
The Role: You will be responsible for managing and motivating a branch to achieve sales and business targets through the sale and underwriting of loan and credit products.
You will also be responsible for the management of the profit and loss of your branch, ensuring your branch delivers excellent sales, business development and customer service levels.
This position is within a highly successful and expanding company with excellent career prospects.
The Person: The successful candidate will possess excellent managerial and coaching skills, be a self motivated*flexible manager, possess a strong sales ability and hands-on approach, have the ability to work on your own initiative with a proven track record within a sales*telesales*business development*sales management environment. You will be confident, articulate, sales driven, numerate and flexible with regards to hours. Essential: A minimum of one year’s management experience within the finance industry. You must also possess a full UK driving licence.
